recently reopened canal side pub. It really lacks a USP at the moment as the kitchen is out of action and so are the handpulls. A summer pub and a dry-led one at that, let’s just hope it makes it through winter and gets a chef in place.

Fairly typical Brewers Fayre pub next to the Premier Inn. All the usual lagers plus Doom Bar and Tetley. Also bottles of Speckled Hen in the fridge. The food was very good.
