Hi,
Another long news break, this release has taken quite a long time to build, so sorry about that, it is also a fairly boring update sadly. If you look on any page that has had anything done on it (pictures, recommendations, etc.) there is now a link under the address saying "See activity for this pub", by clicking on this link you can see all the dates that this work was done. Although it is cosmetically a very small change it took a lot of work to rebuild some of the older information, this is also an important step going forward with the site as we will allow more and more of the information to be changed and users will need to be able to see how that happened.
It is good to see the nights getting longer, already we are seeing more activity on the site with the regulars coming out and helping to correct all the listings and add more content. Once again thankyou to all our contributors
With this in mind can I say that if you spot any mistakes on the site please do let us know through feedback, we try and correct it as quickly as possible and it is your work that makes this site quite possibly the most comprehensive UK pub site.
For those of you who try and read this front page regularly and get fed up of no news ever being updated I have now set up a blog that I am trying to update more regularly, I suspect it is largely boring, but at least you will know we are still about and care about the site.
Also we have set up a new page to link to campaigns we hear about, please do visit them and give them your support.
Hope you are all well and enjoying the longer days whilst looking forward to beer gardens.

Not sure if this pub is open. Windows and doors have boards covering them, they may be for security but there was a note from the council saying that the boards should be removed as they were detrimental to the area. |
