This is a haven for the real ale drinker. a modern bar within the hotel with 13 real ales on my visit. outside drinking area next to the canal. boat cruises from the side of the hotel. a must to visit when in Chester

CLOSED AND DEMOLISHED The picture was taken 12th June 2007 prior to the ultimate demolition in 2009. The agents sign outside says "opp for demolition and residential redevelopment". The next nearest pub, the Royal Table, was demolished earlier in 2007.
